僕の見ている風景 (Boku no Miteiru Fuukei)

The above sentence means “The Scenery I’m Looking At”, which is Arashi’s ninth studio album released in 2010. Already 10 years ago. It was one of my favourite and most memorable ARASHI album for me. (hey, they might release albums even when they are in their 60s!).

I bought the album when I was still in Chester. It became the my personal life OST for Summer 2010. Even now, every time I listen to the album, I can remember clearly my Chester days. My room in Chester and all those streets from home to the location of my part-time job. Even I can still remember the feeling that I had in those days.

During those time, my mind was in a place where I was not sure about everything in my life. The only thing that help me to get through it all was ARASHI. Listening to their songs, watching their TV Shows and talking to fellow Arashian was the one thing that cheer me up.

During the summer, I used to work nearly 40 hours a day (as a student I can work full time during holiday) and there are times when I worked until 1 or 2 AM and had to walk home on my own. To cover up my fear especially as I walk pass an empty field, I would walk while singing loudly to Mada Ue Wo.

Those days in the summer of 2010 were so memorable to me and I can definitely say that songs in Boku no Miteiru Fuukei were the soundtracks.
